3,5 hours, that’s all I have slept last night. It’s the result of the exam we had today. As it appears, I’m not much of a Law kind a guy. For me, this one was definitely the hardest of all our exams. How did my exams go so far? Excellent question, dear reader! So far, so good I think. We’ve had four exams so far, and got one more to go on Thursday. And then: a well-deserved Christmas break. As much as I love AMS, I can’t wait! After two months of intensive learning and the biggest amount of deadlines I have ever seen in my life, a break is more than welcome. Just imagine: sleeping for more than seven hours, lovely! (If somebody knows a cream of some kind for the bags under my eyes, please let me know.)
But seriously (and I think I can speak for all of us) it’s been one hell of a semester! It really has flown by. I can’t believe it’s almost finished. Hopefully, you enjoyed it as much as I did. I got to meet so many great people and, if you’re reading this and I don’t know you yet, there is a second semester coming! By the end of the year, I really hope I will know most of you. That’s one of the reasons why I’m looking forward to our seminar. Going on a trip with the entire school? I think it’s going to be a lot of fun! (Please spare the HRM class at the football game, thank you.)
It’s impossible for me to choose one out of all the moments we’ve had here on AMS as the best one. The atmosphere at AMS, with all the students who want to learn, get to know each other and make it a year to remember, is really wonderful. I enjoyed the company visits, the drinks at Patje, the studying-late-at-night-with-pizza evenings at AMS and so on. Not to be forgotten: our HRM class. It’s a girly class and I hear a lot of Justin Bieber and K3, but it’s been a lot of fun and laughter! If the second semester is going to be as good as the first one, I can’t wait for it to start!
I want to end by wishing you all a great holiday! See you in the second semester!
